Great storage, great workout! Did only 50 of these and my abs are on fire the next day! You definitely feel it in your arms and legs as well. I highly recommend this if you’re looking for something to help you get a good workout in your home and not take up much space. The only thing I don’t like is that it wiggles a little bit when you first get on, but you don’t feel it wiggle while using it. The instructions aren’t the best either, but all I did was look at the picture and I could figure it out just fine.

Great Buy! Just received this today. No regrets . A little tricky but easy to assemble . When I tried it out it was exactly what I expected . It will deliver the desired workout if you wanna focus on core strength. Good buy 5 stars

Rock Solid Exercising Machine! Construction is well thought out. Easy to transport around. Lots of thick padding in areas to be safe while using. Control panel easy to use and covers enough basics to make me happy. Very smooth motions throughout while exercising. No jars, slips, or hiccups. Lost a star for not having an instructional guide on what exercises can be used on it. Very frustrating after taking a 1/2 an hour to put said piece of athletic equipment together, and then having no idea how to use it?!?!? This abdominal trainer should hold up for many years to come, that's for sure. Pretty sure I'll wear out before it does...

It looks like a toy but boy, this is not an easy workout. You can feel and see the results. I definitely recommend this product.
